Sungold® Affiliate, Silks Corporation, Signs Agreement
to Operate Advance Deposit Wagering Site

TORONTO, ON: May 21, 2008 - SUNGOLD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS CORP. (“Sungold”) (OTCBB: SGIHF, Frankfurt: WKN 608164, Berlin)

Sungold International Holdings Corp. announces that its affiliate company, Silks Corporation, has signed an agreement with North Dakota Horse Park, to operate a new online Advance Deposit Wagering (ADW) site, ‘Racingtheworld.com’. This site will accept online wagers for North American horse racing from around the world, 24 hours a day.

Silks Corporation was incorporated by Sungold® specifically to operate the ADW site, www.racingtheworld.com, which will integrate with ThoroughbredStyle Magazine’s website, www.thoroughbredstyle.net, to provide a seamless opportunity for subscribers and others around the world to view and wager on live North American horse racing.

North Dakota Horse Park is a racetrack located in Fargo, N.D., that features year-round simulcast wagering in addition to live Thoroughbred, Quarter Horse, and Standardbred racing meets, on some of the largest field sizes in North America.

Michael Cichy, President of Silks Corporation, explained, “This agreement is a significant step forward for the Sungold group, into the worldwide, online horse race wagering market.”
