- Sungold® issues Corporate Update
TORONTO, ON: March 24, 2008 - SUNGOLD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS CORP. (“Sungold”) (OTCBB: SGIHF, Frankfurt: WKN 608164, Berlin) The Sungold International Holdings Corp. trading symbol changed today from SGIHF to SGIHE. This change does not affect normal trading which will continue as usual using this revised symbol (SGIHE) until the Annual Form 20-F is filed, upon completion of Sungold’s financial statement audit which is now in progress. Once filed, the company’s symbol will revert to the previous SGIHF. In addition, the Sungold® group is pleased to welcome Richard Forsman as a Director of the recently incorporated Silks Corporation. Mr. Forsman has an extensive management background involving more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations and Employee Development and Training. During Mr. Forman’s professional career he has managed these functions for a number of companies including Vanguard Car Rental, National Car Rental Systems, Donovan Companies, Inc. and Burger King Corp., and is currently President and CEO of Ambassador Sales and Service, LLC. “We know that, with his wealth of experience, Mr. Forsman will be a valuable asset and make significant contributions over the years to come,” said Les C. Rankin, Chairman of the Board of Silks Corporation.
