Mr. Harris is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Town's Edge Properties, Inc., a developer of multiple residential and commercial properties, for over 40 years. Town's Edge is the managing entity for may long time real estate investment general and limited partnerships located primarily in the Midwestern United States.

Mr. Rankin has a very distinguished background in the horseracing industry, with more than 25 years in ownership, breeding and racing operations, as well as having strong business relationships with several racetrack owners and managers. Additionally, Mr. Rankin has worked as a lobbyist on multiple legislative matters, and served as an advisor on health matters as well as numerous local and national boards and agencies.

Mr. Blackwell received his Masters degree in Business Administration from York University in 1973 and his C.A. designation while working for Coopers & Lybrand Chartered Accountants in the same year. He established his Public Accounting practice in 1977. In addition to public accounting, Mr. Blackwell has lectured extensively in Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan on behalf on C.A. firms and University programs to C.A. finalist students and also taught an advanced accounting problem solving course at York University.

Mr. Adams is a business & information technology leader with 25 years experience in systems integration, project management and web based services delivery. He has led business & technology developments for new fully integrated customer services, order, provisioning and billing systems and managed the largest data centre and network in South East Asia for a telecom privatization project.

An experienced thoroughbred breeder and owner, Todd Stinson has extensive experience and knowledge in the horserace wagering industry, particularly with regard to internet applications. Mr. Stinson recently founded the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders of Nebraska (TOBN).

A native of the UK, Mr. Henley has been a Canadian since 1979 and joined Sungold in February 2006. Previously he has held numerous direct sales management positions in the field of Industrial Maintenance and Advertising, both in Canada and the USA. Especially valuable to R.U.N. is his sixteen year experience working in advertsing sales for national sports tours.

Ken is a longtime racehorse trainer and racing executive. He has over 40 years experience in the industry. He has been a senior executive for some of horse racing’s top companies including Magna Entertainment, Tandem Entertainment and worked as a consultant for numerous other racing ventures. He was Executive Director of the Michigan Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association and served in a senior capacity with the Michigan Racing Commission.
